California Pizza Kitchen Hit With Potential Breach Class Action

California Pizza Kitchen Inc. allegedly acted negligently and failed to safeguard employee data from a breach, according to a proposed class action filed in California federal court.

Current and former employees and their families are at risk of fraud and identity theft because of California Pizza Kitchen’s negligence, plaintiffs Doug Wallace and Alondra Meza argued in a lawsuit filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
