Poland wants to suspend a minimum tax for low-income or loss-making entities and raise reporting thresholds for transactions with tax havens.
The country’s finance ministry is proposing simplifying and clarifying corporate income tax rules in view of the armed conflict in Ukraine and ongoing effects of the pandemic.
