Space Lab Director’s Covid Remote Work Suit Headed to Arbitrator

The gay programs director of the nonprofit that manages NASA’s International Space Station National Laboratory, whose husband is immunocompromised, must ask an arbitrator if he can pursue in court bias claims over the end of his Covid-based remote work arrangement, a California federal judge ruled.
