Fired Salesman’s Nearly $1 Million Commission Bid Successful

A Texas salesman won his bid to receive $962,335 commission from a $42 million deal he worked on that was inked the day after he was fired by a genetics testing company, after a divided Texas Supreme Court ruled Friday that the procuring cause standard applies.
