A federal district court in New York granted summary judgment in favor of Aramark Services Inc. on a female general manager’s claims of gender discrimination and retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, alleging she received three written warnings and a performance improvement plan and was later terminated for complaining that her supervisor harassed her and made discriminatory comments.
