Case: Disability Discrimination/Reasonable Accommodation (8th Cir.)

A federal district court properly granted summary judgment to the University of Minnesota on the Americans with Disabilities Act claims of a discharged customer-service employee for its Boynton Health Service diagnosed with temporomandibular joint syndrome alleging disability discrimination, failure to accommodate and retaliation, the Eighth Circuit ruled.
